Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily operations and drive a best-in-class member experience. You will lead front-desk activities, present membership options, and help meet sales goals.

The role partners with the Studio Manager and Sales Associates to maintain a welcoming studio, deliver strong service, and execute marketing and community events. This is a full-time position with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, high-energy member experience and present membership options.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions per policy.
• Collaborate with studio team to deliver consistent member experiences.
