Job summary

OT Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for our Milwaukee area Orangetheory Fitness studios. This full-time role supports daily and weekend operations, drives member experience, and represents the brand while guiding sales and retention through strong relationship-building.

You will partner with the studio team to hit sales goals, manage member records and transactions, train new Sales Associates, and help market initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests, reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly present membership options.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness and new business.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions per company policies.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with studio team to deliver a seamless member and guest experience.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations to drive engagement.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
