Qualifications

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience using booking or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to grow membership.
• Create a welcoming, personalized studio experience that keeps members engaged.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
