Qualifications

• Experience in sales or front-desk roles in a service environment.
• Ability to build relationships and understand client goals.
• Proficiency with booking/CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Retention: build relationships and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: greet clients, answer questions, and ensure a five-star visit.
• Support Positive Studio Team Culture: assist management and communicate studio updates.
• Drive Operational Excellence: manage front desk, handle inquiries, process memberships and maintain records.
