Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to drive growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience and keep members engaged.
