Job summary

Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in our studio environment.

You will greet guests, gauge needs, conduct test drives, and guide them through the early Lucid journey with a focus on brand representation. The role requires strong communication, a passion for electric vehicles, and flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening ability.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid.
• Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere manner.
• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products.
• Lead qualification and pipeline management through personalized interactions.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions and progress leads.
