Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and active listening in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and delivering standout customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Be Lucid ambassador, greeting guests with courtesy and sincerity.
• Demonstrate product excitement and educate guests on Lucid offerings.
• Capture leads and progress guests through the early Lucid journey.
• Support studio operations and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Coordinate test drives and document customer preferences reliably.
