Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions in our studio environment. You will welcome guests, gauge their needs, and guide them through the Lucid journey with enthusiasm and clear communication.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to explain Lucid products, conduct test drives, and maintain a polished studio. A flexible schedule, valid driver's license, and readiness to support local marketing initiatives are

Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year; flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid.
• Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere manner.
• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products.
• Needs Assessment: gauge customer needs through personalized interactions.
• CRM: Utilize Salesforce as CRM tool to track interactions.
• Conduct test drives and articulate points of interest for an exceptional experience.
• Gauge guests' requirements to deliver a personalized interaction.
• Lead capture and progression of guests through the Lucid journey.
• Maintain studio assets presentable and aligned with the Lucid brand.
