• Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid
• Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous and sincere manner
• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products
• Needs Assessment: Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline through disciplined practices
• CRM: Utilize Salesforce as CRM tool to track and manage customer interactions with consistent and timely engagement
• Conduct test drives and articulate desired points of interest ensuring an exceptional experience while driving Lucid vehicles
• Gauge guests' requirements and interests to deliver a personalized and relevant interaction
