Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to welcome guests, gather leads, and support studio operations. You will learn Lucid vehicles and services, assist with test drives, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in the Studio environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for electric mobility. Availability includes evenings and weekends, with pay rate shown as USD $23/hr.

Qualifications

• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Prior CRM experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next steps in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day to day studio operations as needed.
