Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences in our New York-area studio. You will greet guests, demonstrate Lucid products, and guide them through the initial Lucid journey using Salesforce as the CRM tool.

This timing-flexible role supports events and daily studio operations. You’ll be a motivated communicator with a passion for EVs, helping build brand awareness while managing leads and coordinating test drives in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and empathy.
• Ability to deliver standout customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Reliable, conscientious and adaptable to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the first Lucid ambassador and welcome guests with warmth.
• Demonstrate Lucid products and drive interest through conversation.
• Gauge guest needs, manage a sales pipeline, and capture leads.
• Use Salesforce to track interactions and follow up promptly.
• Coordinate test drives and explain features for a premium experience.
• Support studio operations and participate in events and marketing
• Maintain brand presentation and contribute ideas for improvements.
