Lucid Motors is seeking a Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions in our studio environment. You will greet guests, build excitement about Lucid products, and guide the early Lucid journey while capturing leads and supporting daily studio operations.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with availability for extended hours including holidays and weekends.

• Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid.

• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products.
• Needs Assessment: Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning.
