Lucid Motors USA, Inc. is seeking a Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions in our New York studio. You will be the primary ambassador, welcoming guests, sharing product excitement, and guiding them through the early Lucid journey.

Ideal candidates demonstrate outstanding communication, empathy, and reliability while thriving in a fast-paced retail setting. A passion for EVs and the premium market is essential, with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, empathy and active listening.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Conscientious, responsible and reliable.
• Curiosity and passion for electric vehicles and premium market.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous retail environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Flexible availability including extended hours, weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical Lucid ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid.
• Welcome guests courteously and authentically.
• Demonstrate excitement and generate intrigue about Lucid products.
• Assess needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning.
• Manage a robust customer pipeline with disciplined practices.
• Use Salesforce to track and engage customers.
• Conduct test drives and highlight points of interest during visits.
• Educate guests on Lucid benefits and community.
• Capture leads and progress guests through the Lucid journey.
• Support local marketing initiatives and events.
