Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking Brand Ambassadors to greet guests at LucidStudio, capture leads, and schedule test drives while helping with daily operations.

You will learn the Lucid brand, explain vehicle features, and ensure the showroom is clean and ready. CRM entries and collaboration with Sales Specialists support moving customers along in the journey. This role values strong communication and a passion for electric mobility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 18 years old minimum.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Prior experience with CRM such as Salesforce highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day to day studio operations as needed.
