This role requires a hands-on, data-driven leader who can translate company strategy into field execution, aligning Shop Experience and Tailoring Shop leadership for cohesive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in service, hospitality, retail, or operational business.
• Experience managing and developing managers across multiple studios.
• Proven ability to coach leaders, drive accountability, and improve district performance.

Responsibilities

• Own district performance across 3–5 studios, including client experience and profitability.
• Develop clear action plans with measurable expectations and timelines.
• Monitor production, labor cost, and staffing to meet demand.
• Coach Shop Experience Managers to build independent studio leaders.
• Align Shop Experience Manager and Tailoring Shop Manager roles into one team.
• Lead change management to translate strategy into field execution.
