Job summary

Sev Skin is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple studios nationwide, develop leaders, and drive district revenue, profitability, and client experience. This field-based role requires substantial travel, in-person leadership, and collaboration with clinical and operational teams to ensure consistent performance across the district.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and a strong leadership presence to propel Sev Skin’s growth.

Qualifications

• At least five years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven success managing district-level P&L, revenue, labor, and performance metrics.
• Experience leading and developing leaders, including Multi-Unit Studio Managers or equivalent roles.
• Strong financial acumen and confidence using KPIs to drive action.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership-development skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the district in meeting or exceeding revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as room utilization, labor, productivity, conversion, and reviews.
• Analyze trends and create action plans to improve performance.
• Drive promotions, client outreach, and revenue initiatives across the district.
• Coach and develop district leadership to build a strong pipeline.
