Sev Skin is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple studios, develop leaders, and drive revenue, profitability, and client experience across your district. This field-based role requires in-person leadership five days a week, with approximately 75% travel within the district to studio visits and performance interventions.

The role reports to the SVP, Field Operations and emphasizes coaching, accountability, and operational excellence to achieve district goals while maintaining Sev Skin's

Competenze

• Five+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a service-based environment.
• Proven success managing district-level P&L, revenue, labor, and performance metrics.
• Experience leading and developing leaders, including Multi-Unit Studio Managers, Studio Managers, or equivalent roles.
• Strong financial acumen and confidence using KPIs to make decisions and drive action.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership-development skills.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in a high-growth, labor-intensive, or schedule-sensitive environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate independently and remain highly engaged in a field-based role.

Mansioni

• Lead the district in meeting or exceeding GAAP and cash revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including room utilization, labor, productivity, conversion, rebooking, OSAT, and five-star reviews.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and create focused action plans that improve performance.
• Lead the execution of promotions, client outreach, and revenue-driving initiatives across the district.
• Celebrate strong results while creating clear accountability for addressing performance gaps.
