Job summary

SLT is seeking a Studio Manager for our Rye Brook, NY studio, reporting to the Regional Manager. This role drives performance and operations, optimizes class schedules, leads the instructor team, and grows client frequency and studio revenue.

You will manage front desk staff, coordinate marketing and promotions, and ensure a seamless guest experience while building a community around the studio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fitness or wellness environments.
• Ability to supervise instructors and front desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, and managing front desk staff; oversee daily operations.
• Monitor punctuality, professionalism, client interaction, and adherence to marketing/sales responsibilities by instructors.
• Act as liaison between marketing, operations, and instructors; communicate upcoming promotions and schedule changes.
