Sev Skin in California seeks a results-driven Multi-Unit Studio Manager to lead multiple studios, develop leaders, and influence business performance across your market. You will unite teams, celebrate wins, and ensure every studio delivers the Sev Skin Experience.

Report to the District Manager, travel between studios, coach Studio Managers, drive revenue, optimize operations, and elevate client experience while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
• Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned studios in achieving revenue, sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Coach Studio Managers to reach their goals and deliver excellent client experiences.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and turn insights into action.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and inventory to optimize operations.
• Partner with Marketing and field leadership to drive growth initiatives.
