Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a LifeWise vehicle driver to transport students and volunteers to and from the LifeWise site. The role requires punctuality, responsibility, and a clean driving record within a faith-based program.

Responsibilities include obeying traffic laws, maintaining the bus, and ensuring student safety. You may also volunteer in the LifeWise classroom with director approval.

Qualifications

• A mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy faith statement.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21–80 years old with appropriate medical documentation if over 75.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and LifeWise volunteers to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus safety and cleanliness.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children and enforce safety rules.
• Assist students entering/exiting the vehicle and monitor behavior.
• Volunteer in LifeWise classroom if agreed with Director.

Education

Regular driver's license

CDL with passenger endorsement
