Job summary

Farmworkers Institute Of Education And Leadership Developmen is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to act as on-site and remote liaison between program activities and students. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and orientation activities for programs.
• Ensure CASAS appraisals, pre-tests, and post-tests are prepared and administered on time.
• Communicate with Administrative Offices and ensure CASAS paperwork is delivered by due date.
• Provide on-site and remote support for students.
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with excellent customer service.
• Assist students with basic technical issues.
• Market programs to the target community/region.
• Inform community about program activities and issues.
• Monitor student recruitment, retention, and ADA.
• Submit weekly/monthly activity reports to Supervisor.
• Maintain physical and electronic student files.
• Maintain relationships with external community organizations.
• Initiate purchases and distribute materials and supplies.
• Handle student enrollments/registrations across programs.
• Ensure site is clean and organized with staff collaboration.
• Comply with NSLP county health regulations.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure positive student experience.
• Perform clerical duties and site operations upkeep.
• Store meals properly and track inventory to reduce waste.
• Track distribution of technological devices to students.
• Submit enrollments/transcripts/requests to appropriate departments on time.
