Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Student Enrollment Coordinator to drive campus enrollment and family persistence. You will plan recruitment campaigns, engage with communities, and guide families through registration and re-registration, supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new students.

The role requires strong customer service, data integrity, and collaboration across campus, regional, and national operating mechanisms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and 2+ years in sales, recruitment, admissions, or enrollment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required to communicate with diverse families.
• Knowledge of IDEA Public Schools model and programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure campus enrollment targets are met and maintain waitlist after lottery.
• Execute recruitment strategies; attend community events and conduct off-site presentations.
• Assist parents in completing applications and manage re-registration processes.
• Organize weekly campus tours, send Welcome messages, and create monthly recruitment plans.
• Lead Welcome to IDEA orientation and onboarding for new families.
