Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Student Enrollment Coordinator to lead campus enrollment efforts and ensure strong student persistence. You will plan recruitment, engage with families and communities, and guide families through registration and re-registration while maintaining high data integrity and compliance.

The role requires on-site work, a non-traditional schedule, and travel as needed to support recruitment events and community outreach across our campuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clear motor vehicle record.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, admissions, or enrollment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment targets by the 11th Day of School and manage waitlists.
• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies; attend community events; present off-site.
• Assist parents in completing applications and conduct campus tours.
• Organize weekly campus tours, send welcome messages, and develop monthly recruitment plans.
• Manage re-registration, follow up after lottery, and recapture withdrawn families.
• Coordinate Welcome to IDEA orientation, onboarding for new families, and parent interactions.

Education
