  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Support career development through resume assistance, LinkedIn guidance, interview preparation, and career exploration.
  • Build relationships with employers and community partners to support internships, networking, and employment opportunities.
  • Coordinate student activities and events, including orientations, career fairs, professional development workshops, and graduations.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and institutional departments to ensure effective communication and timely support.
  • Gather and evaluate student feedback to help improve services and the overall student experience.
  • Assist with accreditation, compliance, reporting, recordkeeping, and other student services initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for student-related programs, events, and institutional activities.

Med College is seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Services Coordinator to join our Education Department.

The Student Services Coordinator plays an important role in supporting students throughout their academic journey—from orientation through graduation and beyond. This position works closely with students, faculty, staff, and administration to promote student success, engagement, retention, career readiness, and an overall positive student experience.
