City Year AmeriCorps is seeking entry-level Student Success Coach and Mentor for full-time service in New Hampshire. You will coach and mentor students to boost academic success and attendance, working with teachers on instruction and student support.

Program training provided; housing and stipends vary by location. This role emphasizes teamwork, community impact, and the chance to gain meaningful service experience while helping students thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; 2–4 weeks of training provided.
• Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident; eligible to work in the U.S.
• Commitment to serving students and communities as an AmeriCorps member.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor students to improve academics and attendance.
• Plan and monitor student progress, collaborate with teachers.
