Qualifications

• Entry-level AmeriCorps position with training provided.
• No prior experience required; development-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor students 1:1 or in small groups to boost academic success.
• Plan and monitor student progress; monitor attendance and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers to support classroom instruction and student activities.
• Support and participate in after-school programs and enrichment activities.
• Assist with data collection and reflection on student progress.
