City Year AmeriCorps members coach and mentor students across elementary, middle and high school, helping them earn academic success, improve attendance and develop positive behaviors. You will plan and monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers on in-class instruction and targeted support.

We provide 2–4 weeks of training at the start of the year and ongoing guidance from partner teachers and school staff.
