Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time management.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk reception and customer service for the Success Center; greet guests and direct telephone calls.
• Assist students with scheduling tutoring, testing, and success coaching services.
• Proctor exams, maintain testing confidentiality, and uphold ODS/ADA policies.
• Maintain records and support daily office operations (printing, scanning, filing, collating).
