Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for students, providing timely, accurate, student-centered support through in-person, telephone, live chat, email, and outreach communications.
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment by assisting students in the Gateway lobby and connecting them with campus resources.
Research and resolve student questions using institutional systems and maintain accurate records while ensuring FERPA confidentiality.
Support daily operations using student information systems, CRM tools, document management systems, and Microsoft applications to deliver high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with FERPA and maintain confidentiality of student information.
