Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the Multicultural Center within the Wisconsin School of Business Undergraduate Program Office. Responsibilities include leading diverse programs, managing budgets, and building partnerships with students, faculty, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional experience in student affairs, student success, higher education administration, academic support, advising, retention, recruitment, or related areas.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience supervising staff and managing complex programs or initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages student success programs and services, including engaging workshops, trainings, and events.
• Oversees Multicultural Center operations, policies, and resource management.
• Supervises graduate staff and student employees; recruits, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Manages program budgets, purchasing, contracts, and fiscal reconciliation activities.
• Leads assessment and reporting to track participation and outcomes.
• Develops partnerships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners.
• Supports school-wide student success initiatives and summer programs.
