Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee’s Roberto Hernandez Center seeks a Student Connection & Achievement Manager to lead daily operations, programs, and services that foster belonging and academic success for Latino/a/e students and others. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, develop partnerships across campus and with community organizations, and assess programs to close equity gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Three+ years of professional experience in higher education or student affairs.
• Experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Roberto Hernandez Center and its programs.
• Oversee staff and student staff supervision, development, and performance.
• Develop programs to promote student engagement, belonging, and academic success.
• Collaborate with campus partners and community organizations to support center initiatives.
