Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Higher Education, Education, Student Affairs, Social Work, Ethnic Studies, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in higher education, student affairs, multicultural affairs, student success, or a related field.
• Experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the Roberto Hernández Center.
• Develop and monitor programs, services, and initiatives to advance student success.
• Supervise professional staff, graduate assistants, and student employees.
• Collaborate with campus and community partners to support engagement and retention.
