Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of FERPA within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide assigned caseload of students with program selection, planning, and enrollment information.
• Follow up with each student to identify and resolve barriers to success.
• Complete an individualized Guided Pathway for each student and monitor progression toward degree or certificate.
• Utilize advising technology and platforms to manage caseload.
• Assist students with communication and delivery formats.
