You will oversee pathways coordination, retention programs, and provide student program expertise, researching and resolving student issues and improving service quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, college counseling, or related field of study
• Four years of related experience
• Knowledge of FERPA, state statutes, and higher education rules
• Experience with advising and student retention platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional

Responsibilities

• Lead advising staff and projects, providing direction and QA
• Manage pathways coordination and retention programs
• Advise students on course of study and prerequisites
• Review transfer transcripts for placement and guidance
• Prepare reports and design training materials
• Travel to other campus locations as needed
