The role collaborates across departments, interprets placement and transcript data, and connects students to tutoring and resources as needed.

The advisor ensures students understand degree requirements and navigates them from enrollment to completion in a grant-funded position at the Pensacola campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with two years of relevant experience.
• Successful results of a criminal background check are required.
• FDLE background check will be conducted on every successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• The Student Services Advisor supports student success by providing academic and career guidance, and assisting with admissions, financial aid, course and degree selection, and course registration.
• Collaborates with Academic and Student Affairs, interprets placement and transcript information, and refers students to tutoring and other resources as needed.
• Advises students on degree and graduation requirements and guides them from enrollment to completion.
