You will engage in outreach, manage records in the CRM, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure a seamless journey from enrollment to graduation while upholding FERPA and university policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Customer-centric service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with university policies and student records is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high‑level customer service and complex problem resolution via multiple channels.
• Counsel students and families on financial aid, billing, and registration processes.
• Serve as liaison for students navigating university systems and collaborate with campus partners.
• Maintain compliance with FERPA and avoid disclosures.
