Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of the visit phone line to identify customers' needs and direct callers for timely responses.
• Assist the Senior Visit Coordinator, including front desk coverage, room scheduling, and coordinating faculty appointments.
• Provide administrative support including calendar management, triaging calls, and preparing meeting agendas.
• Provide event and project support as requested.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date files and databases on students; interpret policies and assist with admissions, registration and financial aid.
