Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for the role.
• Experience in a customer-centric environment is essential.
• Knowledge of FERPA and university policies is important.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and resolves inquiries via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Counsels students and families on financial aid, billing statements, payment plans, and registration processes.
• Acts as liaison for students navigating university systems, coordinating with campus partners to resolve issues.
• Maintains an inclusive environment for a diverse population of students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Manages registration, enrollment verifications, and transcripts with attention to accuracy and compliance.
