• Oversee daily student records processing for accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.
• Lead staff responsible for transcript evaluation, graduation certification, enrollment verification, and FERPA compliance.
• Develop and monitor procedures for secure storage, access, and release of student records.
• Provide guidance to staff on policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
