Job summary

GateWay Community College is hiring a Student Services Specialist Senior to deliver higher-level enrollment services in admissions, records, and registration. You will support a diverse population of students and staff, coordinate back-office workflow, and provide training to fellow staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience.
• Equivalent combination of degree and directly related full-time work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates back office workflow, including transcripts, graduation processing, and enrollment-related tasks.
• Provides support to call center and front desk functions; addresses concerns and prepares reports.
• Trains and develops staff; prepares training materials for new and current personnel.
• Assists students in admissions, registration, financial aid, and other enrollment services.
• Compiles data and reports for supervisors and monitors workflow.
