Job summary

GateWay Community College, part of MCCCD, seeks a Student Services Supervisor for Admissions & Records to oversee daily operations and lead staff. The role partners with the Director of Student Services to meet timelines, policy rules, and service standards.

The incumbent will handle enrollment services, residency, and document authentication while coordinating with college teams and external partners. 12‑month calendar and some evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, sociology, business administration or directly related field.
• Four (4) years of student services or related experience.
• Experience with regulatory requirements in higher education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Admissions & Records Office and supervise staff.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate work to meet timelines and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with college teams and external partners on enrollment services.
