Job summary

Great Basin College in Elko, NV seeks an Admissions & Records Coordinator to manage student records, registrations, and graduation processes. The role ensures data integrity, FERPA compliance, and timely service to students and campus partners.

You will work under the Assistant Registrar and coordinate with the Registrar, academic departments, and financial aid to maintain accurate records and support enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, records, registrar operations, student services administration, or a closely related field.
• Experience with a student information system.
• Experience interpreting and applying institutional policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs assigned Admissions & Records functions, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within established timelines.
• Maintains accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and integrity of student records.
• Handles graduation and degree-related processes and communicates requirements to students and campus personnel.
• Provides accurate information to students regarding processes, deadlines, and procedures.
• Monitors compliance with institutional, NSHE, state, and federal requirements.
