Job summary

Community College Preparatory Academy (CCPrep) seeks a Registrar to safeguard the integrity of student records, manage enrollment, scheduling, progress and transcript processes, and ensure clear, dependable operations for adult learners.

You will work across PowerSchool Enrollment and other SIS platforms, reconcile data across systems, and support census, graduation reviews, and required reporting; strong privacy practices and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong judgment, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain official student records, registrations, schedule changes, grades, completion status, transcripts, and document retention.
• Reconcile student information across source systems and resolve discrepancies with accountable teams.
• Support term setup, census/verification, graduation review, and required reporting.
• Respond to records requests and maintain identity, consent, and release controls.
• Explain registration and records processes accessibly; identify administrative barriers and coordinate corrections.
