Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years relevant experience in data assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity and privacy of student records for prospects, students, and alumni.
• Identify and resolve issues in student records and support the Duplicate PDM Resolution Team.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state privacy laws and data maintenance regulations.
• Provide support via phone, email, and in person.
• Oversee assigned duties within the department and meet deadlines.
• Prepare subpoenaed records with the legal team when required.
