Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and experience in registrar/academic records or related area.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a registrar's office or related area.
• Experience interpreting and applying academic policies and regulations; supervising staff and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Graduation/Commencement Coordinator and Transcript Evaluators.
• Provide leadership for degree audit and oversee degree conferral, commencement, and NCAA certification.
• Oversee student records operations and support Stellic and related student success technologies.
• Assist with curriculum and catalog management; implement approved curricular changes.
• Maintain compliance with University policies, state and federal regulations (FERPA focus).
• Complete reporting requirements including National Student Clearinghouse; respond to TPIA requests.
• Collaborate with registrar to provide annual assessment data; represent in committees as requested.
• Develop academic calendar in collaboration with academic affairs; coordinate data reporting and security of records.
