Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and academic experience required.
• Strong recordkeeping and attention to detail expected.
• Experience with campus-wide record systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Custodian of student academic records, ensuring proper entry, storage, and maintenance.
• Monitor student status and input attendance.
• Certify and monitor VA students' attendance, GPA, and transfer credits.
• Register and monitor international students with SEVIS (USCIS).
• Manage and maintain all student files and issue weekly reports.
