Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and documents patient information and reports significant changes to a nurse or provider.
• Assists patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care within the Nursing Assistant I scope.
• Supports routine examinations and procedures and maintains unit cleanliness and organization.
• Assists in patient education and documentation under supervision.
