Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and documents patient information and reports significant changes to a registered nurse or provider.
• Assists patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Performs routine nursing care tasks as outlined in the plan of care, including vital signs, specimen collection, and basic wound care.
• Provides direct personal care for activities of daily living under supervision.
• Maintains clean work areas, restocks supplies, and assists in orientation of new staff and students.
