Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Enrollment in an accredited prelicensure nursing program with graduation within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and document patient information and report changes.
• Assist patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Provide routine direct and indirect patient care per plan of care.
• Support care activities including vital signs, specimen collection, wound care, and hygiene.
• Assist with examinations and procedures and equipment procurement during emergencies.
• Provide patient care and support appropriate to age and condition.
