The role also handles receivables from students and non-students processed through Banner and administers returned electronic payments.

The position is 100% on-site in Davis, CA, with a 100% on-site work schedule and a salary range reflecting UC Davis' STEPS pay grade.

Qualificações

• Experience with Federal and University loan programs and promissory notes.
• Ability to interpret regulations and apply them to loan processes.
• Experience with accounts receivable and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Delinquent accounts / collect accounts receivable (50%).
• Student loan document management (20%).
• Student loan exit counseling (20%).
• Other duties as assigned (10%).
